Geophysical Survey Design

Acquisition geometry designed against your imaging targets — not against a template.

Overview

A survey is an experiment: it either illuminates the target or it doesn't, and no amount of processing fully repairs geometry that never recorded the signal. We design acquisition layouts by modelling them against your actual imaging objectives — target depth, dip, velocity regime, and noise environment — before a single receiver is deployed.

Our 3D ray-tracing illumination engine evaluates candidate geometries for fold, offset and azimuth distribution, and target illumination, while receiver-array response modelling quantifies noise rejection. The result is a design you can defend technically and commercially: enough coverage where it matters, no budget spent where it doesn't.
